Sandra "Gail" Harrell, 62, of Monroe went Home to be with her Lord on November 6, 2020. She was born on July 28, 1958 to the late Donald Joe and Betty Faye Hannah.

Gail is a lifelong Union County resident and retired from over 30 years with Union Power. Gail loved the outdoors - spending time in her flower gardens, working in the yard and soaking up the sun. Gail loved the holidays, especially Christmas, celebrating with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Gail is predeceased by her brother, Richard Eugene Hannah. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 44 years, Jimmy Layne Harrell; her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Jamie Harrell; aunts, Lib Melton and Patricia Mullis; cousins, Mike Melton, Tammy Manus and Lisa Ross; sister-in-law, Joan Harrell; nephew, Ricky Hannah and nieces, Monica Carpenter, Leann (Tony) Croxton and Janet (Joe) Watson.

The family will receive friends at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm.

The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM immediately followed by burial at Lakeland Memorial Park.
