Phillip is survived by his son: Phillip Rowe; daughter: Jessica Evans and Brandon; step-daughter: Samantha Robinson; brothers: Chris Rowe and Sandy, Robert Rowe; sister: Karen Reisinger and Ray; brother-in-law: Dwayne Richardson; grandchildren: Trever Chasteen and Brandon Evans Jr.; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Phillip is preceded in death by his son: James Joseph Lee Rowe; sisters: Kathy Horn and Jean Richardson; brother-in-law: Bill Horn; nephew: Bryan Rowe.
