WESTBY — Belinda J. Clark, of Westby passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning at Gundersen Health Systems, surrounded by her husband, children, and grandchildren, after an eight year courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
She was born in Surigao, Philippines, Feb. 14, 1945. On Dec. 3, 1965, she married her best friend, Edward J. Clark in Subic Bay, Philippines. In 1966, she was reunited with her loving husband, Ed, in the United States.
Belinda was full of life and laughter. She enjoyed time with her family, traveling, dining out, camping, and winning at casino slots.
Her family has lost an amazingly vivacious, smart, fun, and strong woman, who will live in our hearts forever.
Belinda is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Edward; and her seven children, Josie (Marc) Bentley of Madison, Wis., Kathy (Bob) Heim of Menomonie, Wis., Joseph (Nikki) Clark of Melrose, Kimberly Clark of Onalaska, Jeannie Clark of Onalaska, Rita (Robert) Thomson of La Crosse, William (Yvonne) Clark of San Diego; She was blessed with 17 beautiful grandchildren, Christopher Anderson, Drake (Adryan), Devon, Ben, Dieter, Ella and Kenny Heim, Cheyenne, Sheridan, Dakota, Rawlins and Sierra Clark, Kelsey and McKenzie (Mac) Seiler, Keegan Clark, Jacob (Bubba) Sanderson and Krystal Clark.
She was preceded in death by Andres and Meguila Josue, Bernard and Rita Clark, Ruby Payne, James and Ella Clark, William and Blanche Johnston, Frank Clark, Elizabeth Clark, and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Viroqua. Friends called during a visitation Friday, Dec. 9, at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Westby, one hour prior to services at the church.
