WEBSTER — Ethel Green, 102, received her eternal wings on November 3, 2020 at Regency Village Care Center in Webster, TX.

The family invites you to join them as they celebrate the her life on Saturday, November 7, 2020, beginning with a visitation at 8:30 AM a rosary at 9:30 AM followed by funeral mass at 10:00 AM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Jude Ezuma and Deacon Doug Matthews co-celebrants.. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

She is survived by her grandchildren great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Ethel M. Pellerin Green was born July 22, 1918 in Lafayette, La.

The only child of the late Hortense and Wenthrop Pellerin. Educated at Holy Rosary Elementary and High School class of 1936. A lifelong member of Holy Rosary Church, Mrs. Green served faithfully on the Bereavement committee, the Alter society, and the St. Monica society; a member also of the Neighborhood club, the Birthday Girls and the American Legion Auxiliary. Mrs. Ethel was an avid contributor to the American Heart Association and various other charitable organizations.

Mrs. Green entered into Holy Matrimony with Albert Anthony Green and to their union was born Delores Patricia, their only daughter, both of whom proceeded her in death. She was employed by Sacred Heart Rectory for 23 years, as well as retired with the City of Galveston Police and Fire Department as a dispatcher after 18 years.

Mrs. Green entered into eternal rest early on Tuesday morning, November 3, 2020 at Regency Village Nursing Home in Webster, Texas after living 102 glorious years of life.

She is survived by her beloved grandchildren, Durell Williams Sr., Bridget Y. Williams Jones; and grandson in law, Calvin Jones; great grandchildren Adrain and Nydia Smith, Tiphaney Jones and Durell Williams Jr., other great grandchildren, Tiffany Temple (Brianna Willis) and Myedestinee Wilson (Peyton and Grant); great great grandchildren, Adrienne Smith, Myles Rhoads, Kaiden Jones, Serene Smith, Ariana Williams, Aidyn Jones, Durell Williams III, Kasian Jackson and Aniah Jackson; niece, Earline Cartwright, and good friends, Cookie Taylor, Rosa Allen, Lily Faye, Mary Louise Henderson, Mary Waddell and Valerie Hall; plus countless other relatives and close friends.
