Margaret Katherine MacIntosh was born on July 6, 1946 in Brockville and was the daughter of Allen MacIntosh and the former Mabel Bowman.
Mrs. Farrell owned and operated Farrell's General Store in Maynard with her former husband Ted Farrell for 15 years. At the time of her death, she owned and operated Sudsy's Laundry and Eatery on Ormond Street in Brockville.
Besides being a dedicated business woman, Mrs. Farrell enjoyed her family, dogs, playing cards and travelling.
Mrs. Farrell is survived by her mother Mabel MacIntosh Ogden of Winchester, two daughters, Cindy and her husband Mark Amell of Johnstown; Tanya and her fiance Mike Freemantle of Brockville; and two grandchildren, Mason and Chelsea Amell. She is also survived by her grandmother Mrs. D.H. (Bella) MacIntosh of Maxville Manor.
