Rickey Eugene Hamilton, 73, of Weatherford passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in a Fort Worth hospital. He was born May 29, 1947 in Bristow, Oklahoma to Robert and Betty Osburn Hamilton. Rickey was a member of Freedom Fellowship Church and he was honorably discharged from the US Army after serving during the Korean Conflict. He was known for loving people, never meeting a stranger, a regular customer at Wanda's Restaurant and a "Jack of all Trades". Rickey guided elk hunts in his most favorite place, the mountains of Colorado. But, most of all he will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family. Rickey is preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 10 years, Nancy; children, Penny Hamilton, Tara Brown and husband Matthew, Cody Carnley and wife Melissa and Kayla Stone; brother, Rusty Hamilton; 12 grandchildren; one great grandchild; his "Tomato Seed", Linda Welborn as well as his best friend, Cowboy and a million friends in and around Weatherford.

A visitation will be held from 3-5pm, Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
