Gary was born in Cisco, Texas on December 16th,1946 to Ben Aaron and Emma Lee (Jones) Nichols. He was a spiritual man that was involved in many church activities. His passion was to sing gospel and study the Bible. Health and fitness were always a big part of his life, from competing in body building shows to teaching others how to lead a healthy lifestyle. His strength and faith was an inspiration to everyone that knew him. His charisma commanded the attention of a room, and his sense of humor always kept everyone laughing. Gary worked as a Sr. Measurement Technician for almost 40 years at the gas company in Eastland, Texas.
He is survived by his daughters, Lynnsey Gines and husband Joshua of Roanoke, Leeanne Jones of DeLeon; grandchildren, Greyson, Emerson, Ronan, and Kenslee; brother Freddie Don Nichols and wife Ann of Indianapolis, Indiana; also his sister in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He will be deeply missed.
He was proceeded in death by his mother Emma Lee Nichols, his father Ben Aaron Nichols, his brother Bennie Lee Nichols, and his daughter Lacey Lynn Nichols.
