David Anthony Ware, 62 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at Signature Health Care of Putnam County.

He was born Wednesday, May 28, 1958 in Brandon, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Eddiman and Billie Derrick Ware.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Randall Ware.


Survivors include: Wife- Patricia Ware of Tennessee;

Son- John Ware of Oregon;

Step-Children- Wesley Lassitter of Alabama and Sara Lassitter of Alabama

Sisters- Edith Woods (James) of Florida and Janet Poston (Ernie) of Mississippi;

Brother- Joseph Ware of Mississippi;

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Services will be held at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Doug Benningfield officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
