Widow of The Rev. Buford "Buddy" Paul, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy Gene West and Jimmy West. She was survived by her sons, Ronnie Paul (Brenda) and Steve Paul (Kathy); daughters, Carol Applewhite (Dan) and Lynn Turcotte (Keith); brother, Roscoe West; sisters; Pauline Mount, Janette Walden, Betty Miley, Maxine Weaver, Irene Dykes and Barbara McLellan; 10 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives and friends. Her funeral was held on November 55, at Fellowship Church in Lakeland, FL.
