Willard W. Miller, age 91 of Fairview, Michigan, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

Willard was born in Fairview, Michigan on May 10, 1929 to Chancy and Carrie (Beachy) Miller. He married Clara Troyer on June 11, 1955 in Hutchinson, Kansas. They moved to Fairview, where Willard worked hauling cream for Delbert Bontrager. Later, he built the Coffee Shop in Fairview which he owned and operated with his parents and his wife Clara. Willard also owned and operated the Sinclair Gas Station in Fairview, along with Willard’s Motor Sales and Wrecker Service, where he also sold used cars. He acted as Fire Chief for Comins Twp. Fire Department. Willard was a member of the Fairview Mennonite Church. He had enjoyed Golf, hunting, and fishing.

Willard is survived by his wife Clara of Fairview, MI; his children: Rodney Miller (Kathy DeFrance) of Decaterville, TN; and Lisa (Ron) Smith of Gaylord, MI; 3 grandchildren: Adam, Chelsea, and Amanda; and 1 step-grandson Caleb.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter-in-law Dorothy, and his siblings: Edna Gascho, Mildred Neff, Ruth Miller, Richard Miller, Otis Miller, Lotis Miller and James Miller.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the Fairview Mennonite Church, Fairview, Michigan.
