Nixon - James Nixon, aged 66, died suddenly yesterday at the home of Mr. Wilders, a brother-in-law, near Spangle. He is survived by a wife and two children.
He had resided in Cheney for seven years, coming from Sprague, Wash., where he had farmed for several years. He was a member of the Cheney Methodist church, and was affiliated with the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs. The remains are are the New England Undertaking company's rooms in Cheney, awaiting funeral arrangements.

Nixon - The funeral of James Nixon, age 66, who died at Spangle July 21, will be held at Cheney at 2 p.m. today. The services will be conducted in the Methodist church by the Rev. Mr. Kohr, pastor. Burial will be in the New England cemetery at Cheney.
