Mrs. Baxter was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and Thomas E. Studstill and a son, Steven N. Baxter.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Marshall L. Baxter; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Charlene Baxter, LaGrange, GA; daughter, Angelia Morgan, Suwanee, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Matthew Cline, Anderson, SC; five grandchildren, Josh and Kevin Morgan, Kerry Baxter, William and Thomas Cline.
