She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and was the Human Resource Director with Samtec Inc. with over 36 years of service.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Perry Jr., Matt, and Joe Murphy.
Julie is survived by her husband of 36 years, Phil Cook; a daughter, Ashton (Brad) Davidson; a son, Ethan (Emily) Cook; seven grandchildren, Colton, Addisyn, Will, Cooper, Ace, Georgia and Kannon; siblings, Tom Murphy, Jeff (Shari) Murphy, and Theresa (Carl) Attwood.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 1752 Scheller Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150 with entombment to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park Mausoleum. Published in News Tribune on November 3, 2020.
