Sandra Ann Cline-Bailey, 74 of Bull Creek gained her wings on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, WV, after a long illness. Sandra was of the Baptist Faith and was a mail carrier for over 40 years, where she made many lifelong friends and loved her customers dearly.

Born on May 22, 1946 at Iaeger, she was the daughter of the late Howard William Cline Sr. (1922-1979) and Wanda Matney-Cline (1926-1995). In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Edward "Eddie" W. Cline (1943-2019), Howard William Cline Jr. (1951-2017), Ralph Otis "Little Ricky" Cline (Deceased1959-2017, Charles Cline (1948-1948), and Tony Cleve Cline (Deceased), who was like her son.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 57 years, George "Tojo" Bailey Sr. of the home; son, George "June Bug" Bailey Jr & wife Lisa Bailey; daughters, Angie Bailey-Goad & husband Kevin Goad and Tammie Bailey, all of Bull Creek; grandchildren, Cassandra Cline, Cassie Cline & husband Jason Cline, Maggie Bailey & husband Chris Bailey, whom she raised as her own, of Bull Creek, Rebecca Hunt of PA, Josh Morgan & wife Brittany Morgan and Samantha Morgan & companion Dustin Jackson of Bull Creek; eleven great-grandchildren, Hunter, Zackary, Brantley, Brent Lee, Kaidence, Kinzley, Brooklyn, Paisley, Westin, Adalynn and soon to be baby, Kaidan Michael; brothers, Michael Cline & wife Molly Cline and Frank "Tincy" Cline & wife Barb Cline of Chapmanville, Johnny Cline & wife Paulette Cline of Dandridge, TN; sisters, Venus Cline-Cline of Panther, Drema Cline-Dotson & husband Jimmy Dotson, Judy Cline-Branch, and Charlotte Cline-Cline-Gess & husband Dusty Gess of Bull Creek; special friends, Steve Baker and Glenna Baker, Spade Sparks and Linda Sparks; and a host of special family and friends that she loved dearly.

Friends may gather with the family Wednesday, November 4, 2020 after 5:00 pm at the Panther Creek Old Regular Baptist Church, with services at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will commence there at the church on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 1:00 pm with Elders Steve Baker, Arthur Short, Gary Estep, Roger Coleman, and Ivan Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow at her home at Ison Branch, WV.
