William is the gr gr gr grandson of William Alexander, Rev War Vet, 1752 Virginia - 1831 Kentucky.

William Stanley "Boo" Stewart, 77, died Friday, February 24, 1995 at his residence. Born July 17, 1917 in Woodford County, he was the son of the late Allie Jewel Stewart and Mary Willie Beatley Stewart. He was a retired maintenance worker at Joseph E. Seagram's distillery and a member of Salvisa Baptist Church. Survivors include: his wife, Reva Mae Harley Stewart, Salvisa; two sons, Steven Stewart, Salvisa, and Glenn Stewart, Dugansville; two daughters, Melinda Rose Stewart, Salvisa and Melissa Roby, Harrodsburg; one brother, Roscoe Stewart, Lexington; a sister, Goldie Cummins, Lawrenceburg; eight grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren. Services for Mr. Stewart were held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, Feb. 27, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James Hensley and Rev. Bobby Lippert officiating. Burial was in the Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa.
