Funeral services for Frances Williams, age 75, of Santee, Nebraska will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2020, at Oyate Oyanke Community Center in Santee. Reverend Pat White Horse Carda and Walter Cutts will officiate, with burial in Holy Faith Cemetery in rural Lindy, Nebraska.

Visitation will begin at 7:00 p.m. Friday and continue until service time on Monday, with nightly wake services at 7:00 p.m.

Brockhaus Funeral Home in Niobrara, Nebraska is in charge of arrangements.

Frances passed away Thursday, October 15, 2020, peacefully in her home surrounded by family.

Frances was born in Winnebago, Nebraska to Catherine Redwing Saul and Herbert Brandt on May 16, 1945. She was raised in Santee, Nebraska and attended Hobu Creek School and Niobrara Public School. Frances married Raymond Coffman in 1965 and had seven children from that union. Frances also had two children with Buddy Philbrick.

In 1968, Frances relocated to Lincoln, Nebraska and worked at Miller and Payne Bakery making the most delicious sweets. In 1987, she took on a new adventure in Everett, Washington. During her adult years, Frances held many different jobs in a variety of industries. She was well known by family, friends, and community members for her delicious cinnamon rolls that she perfected while working at Cinnabon. Throughout her time in Washington, she was active in community events, outreach, and fundraising, as well as helping those in need and in NA/AA groups.

In 2006, Frances moved home to Santee, to be with her children and grandchildren. Frances had a loving, giving, kind heart to all those who came into her path.

Frances is survived by her children, Juanita Coffman, Peggy Coffman, Delray Coffman, Crystal Coffman all of Santee, Debra Coffman of Springfield, South Dakota, Nyla Philbrick and Nelson Philbrick of Redondo Beach, California; hunka daughter, Christina "Tina" Mesa of Lincoln, Nebraska; siblings, Millie Swalley, Beulah Saul, Laura Cavillo, Eugene Saul, Milton Saul all of Santee; 20 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and missing brother, Merle Saul.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; son, Raymond Coffman, Jr.; daughter, Rhonda Coffman; brother, Darrell Saul; and sister, Gladys Flyinghawk.
