Shelia Diane Wilson, 59, of El Dorado, Arkansas, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020. Diane was born in El Dorado on March 29, 1961, to Marcelle Garner Smith and James Smith, Jr. She attended school in Spearsville, Louisiana, and was a member of Bible Baptist Church.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents and brother Rev. James Larry Smith.
Diane was a devoted wife and loving mother. She enjoyed taking care of her family. She was a remarkable cook and loved preparing meals, especially over the holidays. She also enjoyed crafting, taking trips to Branson and spending time with her grandsons, who all knew her as "Nana". Diane was loved by everyone and will be deeply missed by her family.
Survivors include her loving husband of 43 years, Joey Wilson Sr.; sons, Joe Wilson, Jr. (Angela), Brandon Wilson (Tiffany); daughter, Jennifer Miletello (Frank); brother, George Terry Smith (Juaniece); sister, Donna Lunceford (Darrel) of Hot Springs; sister-in-law, Angela Smith Murphy (Michael) and grandchildren Joe Wilson III, Chris Wilson, Peyton Miletello, Steven Fulk, Devan Thaxton, Slade Wilson, Blane Wilson, Jud Wilson, Drake Wilson, Tex Wilson, Tuf Wilson and Colt Wilson.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, Monday, November 2, 2020, at Perry's Funeral Chapels. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at Perry's Funeral Chapels with Rev. J. D. Weido officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Lillie, Louisiana, under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
