Suddenly in hospital on Wednesday, August 31, 1949, Agnes Buchanan, widow of David Georgeson. Resting at Hulse and Playfair Ltd, 315 McLeod St. Service in Chapel on Friday September 2nd at 1 p.m. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte.

Mrs D. Georgeson Dies In Hospital
Mrs David Georgeson died a local hospital yesterday. The former Agnes Buchanan, she was born in Utica, NY, the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs John Buchanan. She came to Ottawa as a child and was educated here. Forty-five years ago, she was married in this city to David Georgeson who predeceased her 30 years ago. She was a member of Chalmers United church and the WMS. Surviving are two nieces, Mrs Howard Lowry, of Pakenham, and Mrs P.J. McBride, of Ottawa; and one nephew, John R. Buchanan of Syracuse, NY. Body is resting at Hulse and Playfair, 315 McLeod street, where funeral services will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1 p.m. Interment will be Auld Kirk cemetery, Almonte. Rev J.R. Urquhart will conduct the services.
