Obituary for Linda Carol Stanley
Linda C. Stanley, age 72, surrounded by family in her home, lost her battle with cancer. She was born November 22, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas to Lois Ray Cooper and Celester Woods Cooper. In her youthful years, Linda could usually be found fishing, hiking or two-stepping at the Farmer’s Daughter. More recently, she enjoyed gardening , bird and butterfly watching, spending as much time outside as possible, and was in search of the best enchiladas in Texas. Her loyal companion, Rusty, could always be found by her side.

She is survived by her loving children, Richard Bowman of Springtown, TX, Celestina (William) Budovec of Haymarket, VA, Connie Rodriguez of Ft. Worth, TX, Catherine Rodriguez of Phnom Penh, Cambodia; grandchildren, Kody, Matthew, Hailey, Thomas, Katie and Justin; in addition to numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North, 3401 Cherry Ridge Dr, San Antonio, TX, from 6PM to 9PM with a Rosary to begin at 7PM. Funeral Services will be held on Monday November 2, 2020 at 11AM, at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North with Interment to follow at Mission Burial Park North.

Linda will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
