He was born in Pennville on July 24, 1925 the son of Walter Lee and Wanda Rachael (Wright) Clark.
He was married on September 4, 1949 to Betty James who survives.
Walter was an electrical engineer and had worked for Farnsworth in Fort Wayne. He was a US Navy WW II veteran and a graduate of Pennville High School (1943) and Purdue University.
Surviving are his wife Betty, son Randall Clark of Beavercreek, daughters Marilyn Farley of Beavercreek and Marietta Clark of New York City, Seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday November 3, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the IOOF Cemetery in Pennville.
