Surviving are her five children, Kim (Laurel) Babb of Florida, Lee Babb of Arizona, Danna (Jeff) Gutknecht of Georgia, Scott (Valerie) Babb of Ohio and April Cummings of Florida. She also has eleven grandchildren; Christopher Babb, Craig Babb, Jason Cuellar, Jenna (Robert) Ellis, Jackie Gutknecht, Aaron Burch, Alise (Justin) Murray, Casey Babb, Cortney (Brayden) Moon, Corwin (Christian) Cummings and Clayton Cummings; and ten great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Chastidy Babb; and seven brothers and sisters; Dorothy Crates, Gene Filliator, Donna Filliator, Marie Pratt, Irene (Perry) Fletcher, Ernest (Diane) Pratt, and Junior (Ruthann) Pratt.
She was a graduate of Vanlue High School and cosmetology school in Findlay. She was a hairdresser out of her home at Clip & Curl, Fostoria. Later, she became a bus driver for Arcadia Schools from which she retired in 1990 when she and Danny moved their home to Long Key in the Florida Keys. There they enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. Pat loved to be active and social, square dance, play cards, read a good book, or sit down to a puzzle. Mostly she enjoyed having family and friends around her to chat and take pictures.
Due to these trying times, the family has chosen to have a private memorial service in Florida at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to American Heart Association.
Local arrangements were handled by Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, Ohio.
