Funeral service for Ronald Davis Burnett, 76, will be Monday, November 2, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Brian Wilbanks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. Burnett died on Friday, October 30, 2020 at his residence. He was born April 16, 1944, in Morgan County to Henry Davis Burnett and Earline Staggs Burnett. He was employed as a Diesel Mechanic for Decatur Transit, prior to his retirement. He was married to his wonderful wife, Judy Goad Burnett, for 52 years. He was preceded by one grandson, Brandon Burnett and his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Burnett; two sons, Mark Burnett and Jerry Burnett (Jenny); one brother, Jerry Burnett; one sister, Mary Casillo; eight grandchildren, Caleb Burnett, Christian Burnett, Randall Burnett, Joey Burnett, Holly Burnett, Aspen Burnett, Jarrett Burnett and Davey Burnett; three great grandchildren, Allison Burnett, Lucas Burnett and Eliza Burnett.

Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Meherg, Dquan Sharpley, Jordan Sharpley, Daniel Goad, Jarrett Burnett and Davey Burnett.
