Judith was born October 10, 1940 in Kansas City, Missouri to Byron Keck and Gladys Keck. She was a devoted wife to James Clark for forty-one years and a mother of five children Russell, Richard, Barbara, Julie and Heather. She loved God and attended Summit View Church of the Nazarene with her church family.

Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her mother, father, husband James Clark, ex-husband Donald VanBibber, brother Tim Keck and daughter Barbara McClelland. Survivors include her brothers David Keck of Shawnee KS, Tom Keck of Independence MO, Sister Loretta Beck of Camdenton MO, daughters Heather Howell (Stirling) of Grain Valley MO, Julie Dover (Mark) of Wellington MO, sons Richard VanBibber (Tammie) of Cameron MO and Russell Clark (Vickie) of Blue Springs MO along with 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
