Ruth E. Henrion, 71, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 at 7:45am.

She was born on May 12, 1949 in Portageville, MO, the daughter of Albert and Jessie (Moore) Burns. She married Claude Henrion on December 7, 1977 in Biloxi, MS.

Ruth sold collectables at local flea markets with her husband for several years. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, and making bird houses.

She is survived by one daughter; Rhonda Burns of cottage Hills, one brother; Michael (Connie) Burns of Wood River, one sister; Linda Allsman of East Alton, three grandchildren; Jessica (George) Rodriguez, Felecia Ivanuck and fiancée Bobby Rook and Adam Ivanuck, three great-grandchildren; Ryan, Jase, and Nicholas.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother; Edward Burns, and one sister; Marie Baze.

A memorial service will be held November 6, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Chapel at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens.

Per the family's request cremation rites were accorded.

Memorials can be made to the 5 A's Animal Shelter.
