She is survived by her children: Philip Miles, Madalyn (Dan) Mauro, Lisa (Jim) Waldo, Gary Miles and Maria Miles, grandchildren; Philip Jr., Miranda, Shiri, Emily and Sarah, great grandchildren: Krystal, Wyatt, Jade, Maxwell, Scarlett and Eliza, sister: Corinne Lauer, special friend: Elaine Hummel, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and special cat Harry. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years: Milan Miles in 1994, Marilyn was the youngest child of Frank & Laura (Thines) Miller who precede her, also preceded by her siblings: Mildred, Jerome, Marie, Arthur (brother Christopher). The family would like to thank the entire staff at Hospice of Dayton, and especially nurse Melissa Tamplin and Dr. Erin L. Matthews for the care and attention provided to Marilyn.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church (1000 W. Wenger Road, Englewood) at a later date, times to be updated. Inurnment will be at the Dayton National Cemetery.
