HALIFAX- Gayle D. Lau, age 72, of 3484 Peters Mt. Road passed away on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016 at her residence.

She was born in Hebe, PA the daughter of the late Roscoe and Blanche Boyer Troutman.

She was a graduate of Line Mt. High School and Central Penn Business School.

She was retired office administrator at Halifax UM Church.

Gayle was a member of Halifax UM Church, loved spending time with her family and traveling.

Surviving are her husband Joseph Lau, Jr.; two sons Scott (Rachel) of Lewisberry and Cory ( Billie) of Carlisle; two grandchildren Elyssa and Brayden Lau; a sister Betty Bohner (Bill) of Hebe and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings Eleanor Schaffner, Grace Sheaffer and Joan Peay.

The family will receive friends from 9 to 11 am on Monday, Jan. 18 at Halifax U.M. Church. Services will begin at 11 am.
