Keith Alan Davis, 79 years of age, of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Prescott, Arizona, departed this life on Wednesday, October 28th, 2020 at his home.
Keith was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 11th, 1941, son of the late Howard and Helen Welch Davis. He loved to watch Arizona Cardinals football, his favorite team.
Keith was survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Rebecca Tucker Davis; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Davis and Helen Welch Davis.
Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29th, 2020 in the Elk Spring Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky.
The Southern Oaks Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky was in charge of the arrangements for Keith.
