His birthday was listed as 22 Apr 1884 on his death certificate, but on both the WWI Draft Reg and the WWII Draft Reg it was listed as 23 APR 1884 - therefore I believe the 23rd is correct. Since he filled those out and a bereaved person filled out the death certificate. OR it could have been a typo.
