Raymond Jay Keller, age 62, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his home in Georgetown, Texas on October 26, 2020.

Due to the Covid-19, the family will hold a private service at this time. Further celebration of his life will be held at a later and safer date. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to Raymond's favorite charity - The Living Grace Canine Ranch, providing a home for senior dogs at https://www.livinggracecanineranch.org/ways-to-give

Raymond was born on September 20, 1958 and spent his entire life in Central Texas. He was born in Killeen, Texas and was raised in Copperas Cove, Texas. He later moved to Austin, Kyle, and Georgetown Texas.

Raymond married on October 24, 1981. He spent the last 39 years married to his best friend and love of his life, Collen Keller. The two were truly soul mates. Spending time together (even if it was doing nothing) was his favorite thing to do. Other loves over the years were enjoying time with his family and friends (especially relaxing by the bonfires with the Zea's), doing home remodeling, traveling, rescuing dogs, playing basketball and golf, and supporting the Dallas Cowboys, no matter how bad they were doing.

For 29 years, Raymond worked at Sears in Home Improvements. He then opened his own home improvement and handy man business. Raymond had a very strong work ethic and was known for his honesty and integrity. He was a funny, gentle giant with a huge heart, who loved to help others. He was most proud of being a faithful volunteer with Meals on Wheels for over 27 years. He was even honored by the Austin Mayor as Volunteer of the Year once.

Raymond was met in heaven by his wonderful parents William (Bill) and Mary (Juanita) Keller, his second Dad, Earl Hussey, his niece, Adrienne Hussey and his best buddy Waymon Gratten, along with many other family and friends.

Those still left here to keep his memory alive are his family, who he loved so much. They include his wife, Colleen; brothers, Bill and wife Marge Keller (Centennial, CO) and Robert and wife Kay Keller (Killeen, TX); his sister, Joyce and husband Ryan Amey (Austin, TX); his nieces and nephews, Courtney Muzyka, Chad Keller, Garrin Keller, Kristi Rape', Travis Keller, Carrie Bible, Byron Amey, and Clint Hussey. He also has his extended family of his second Mom, Maureen Hussey along with Brendan, Patrick, Yuki, and Ann Hussey.
