Obituary for Erma Dean Arnold
Erma Dean Williams Arnold, age 95, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, October 27, 2020. She was born September 25, 1925 in Clinton, Arkansas, a daughter of Thomas Fred Williams and Hettie Pistole Williams. She was the widow of Sammie Lee Arnold. Erma was a long-time retiree of Levi Strauss, and a member of Bethel Baptist church. She also loved to crochet, quilt and make ceramic crafts.
Survivors include her son, Ronnie (Sherry) Foster of Morrilton; step daughter, Mary (Gerald) Burton of Warren; brother, Freddy (Kaye) Williams of Conway; sisters, Sally Bonds of Clinton; Vada Weatherford of Deer Park, Texas; Polly (Dale) Reagen of Sherwood; grandchildren, Karen (DeWayne) Millsap of Vilonia; Kelly (Gary) Cummings of Conway, Kristy Windham of Morrilton; step great grandchildren, Lee Millsap and Shelby DeSalvo; great grandchildren, Hannah Millsap, Joshua Millsap, and Channing (Luke) Thomason, Kilmeny (Nick) Moore, Abigail (Shelby) Lewis, Grace Windham, and Andrew Windham; great great grandchildren, Katalina Moore, Zoey Moore; and a large number of nieces and nephews; and special friend, Leo “Tiny” Moore.
Other than her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard and Sam Williams, and a sister, Billie Jean Williams.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 30, at Harris Chapel with Jim Mullins officiating. Burial will be at Pee Dee Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
