Albert L. “Abe” O’Dellick, 86, Altoona, passed away at his residence. Abe was born in Altoona, son of the late Petro and Julia (Evanich) O’Dellick. He married Donna Berkheimer and she preceded him in death in 2001.

Surviving is a son, Albert L. O’Dellick, Jr. of FL.; three grandchildren, Kiersten, Nicholas and Brendan O’Dellick and numerous nieces and nephews. Abe was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters, and his significant other, Virginia Church.

He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Abe retired from PennDot as an Equipment Operator with 20 years of service. He previously worked as a body shop technician at Stuckey Ford and Beasley Ford.

Abe was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Lakemont. He was also a member of the Bellwood Eagles, St. Stanislaus Kostka Brotherhood and Catholic War Veterans Club. Abe enjoyed shooting pool in various local leagues.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on, Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, at The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602, where a funeral service will be held immediately following at 1 p.m. in Stevens Memorial Chapel.
