Sharron Kay Jones, 75, of Porum, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at her home. She was born June 16, 1945 in Checotah, Oklahoma to Arvie & Edith (Ramier) Farrar.
Sharon lived most of her life in Porum. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Jones on February 3, 1963 in Las Vegas, N.V.
Sharron loved reading, loved her flowers, adored her grandchildren. She loved her time spent with her family.
Sharron is survived by her husband of 57 years, Kenneth Jones of the home;a son & daughter-in-law, Steve & Julia Jones of Checotah; 2 daughters, Deborah Shrum of Porum, Michelle Jones of Oklahoma City; 6 grandchildren, Kory Jones, Julana Shrum, Kayla Jones, Autumn Lawless, Lucus Lawless,& Madison Jones; 5 great grandchildren, Roper, Kaynyn. Liam, Peyton,& Alex;3 sisters, Donna Scott of Muskogee, Carol Stidham of Warner,& Juanita Beasley of Muskogee.
Sharron is preceded in death by her parents, Arvie & Edith Farrar; 2 brothers, Jay & Jerry Farrar; 1 sister, Birdie Hooten
Graveside Service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, October 29, 2020 in Triplett Cemetery. Pallbearers include Steve Jones, Kory Jones, Billy Benson, Roger Girty, Greg Stidham, Randy Stidham & Tim Scott. Honorary Pallbearers include Kevin Beasley & Joe Beasley.
Burial will follow imediately under the direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
