Charles R. Keller, age 84 of Yorkville, IL passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at the Alexian Brothers Hospice Home in Elk Grove Village, IL. He was born on February 14, 1936 in Forest Park, IL the son of Henry and Mary (Groh) Keller. Chuck was united in marriage to Georgia Brucato, the mother of his three sons, until her passing in 1983. He was later united in marriage to Carloyn K. (Styczen) Barrows and they have spent many happy years together. Mr. Keller was a longtime and active member of Cross Lutheran Church in Yorkville, IL. He was employed, until his retirement in 1994, by Northern Illinois Gas Company. Chuck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, step-father, step-grandfather and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. Chuck is survived by his wife, Carolyn Keller of Yorkville, IL; his sons, Charles (Barrie) Keller of North Aurora, IL, David (fiancée, Keile Jucksem) Keller of Yorkville, IL and Eric (Karen) Keller of Batavia, IL; his many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; his step-children, Thomas Barrows of Glendale Heights, IL, Brian (Allison) Barrows of Utah, Amy (Edward) Rusewicz of South Elgin, IL and Andrea (Bill) Rapp of Bloomingdale, IL; as well as step-grand and great-grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mary Keller; his first wife, Georgia Keller; and his six siblings. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 North Bridge Street, Yorkville, IL. Interment will follow in the Cross Lutheran Cemetery in Yorkville, IL.
