Kenneth Doyle Payne passed away peacefully on October 20th, 2020 in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Kenneth Doyle Payne was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Buster Cicero Payne and Rhoda Mae Harles Payne on May 30th, 1937. He married Barbara Ann Gregory in 1958. After the passing of Barbara in August 2001, he ministered at different churches where he met JoAnn, they married April of 2005.

Kenneth loved his daughter Nora Jean and adoptive- daughter Connie, as well as his step-children Denise and Terry. He also cherished his grand-daughters Elizabeth, Christina and Amber. Kenneth loved to preach every chance he got, and hopes that all of his loved ones will join him in Heaven someday.

Now in the presence of Jesus, Kenneth joins his parents, Rhoda and Don Payne; siblings, Edward Earl Payne, B.C. Payne, Elwood Payne, Mary Elizabeth Westbrook, and Wanda Louise Payne; and daughter, Nora Jean Cato.

Kenneth is survived by Wife, JoAnn Payne; children, Denise Stewart, and Terry Capps; and grandchildren, Elizabeth Mann, Christina Griffin, and Amber Cordero.

Services will be held at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Pastor Steve Bernard will be officiating and burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
