Trevella Ann Loyd, age 63, of Seymour gained her wings on Monday, October 26, 2020, at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls. She was born on December 19, 1956 in Lubbock, TX, to Charles Milton and Mary Yvonne.
She raised her three beautiful children in Oklahoma, before settling in Seymour. In her life she held many jobs, in each one showing her dedication and hardworking ethics. Her last service to the work force was as a cafeteria worker for Seymour School District, where she spread her love and compassion and received it back tenfold from all of the kids and co-workers/friends.
Her greatest achievement was being a wonderful mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and everyone loved eating her good food. All who loved her will never forget her authenticity and positivity. We will all remember her strength and fearlessness. She loved fiercely and never met a stranger. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed fishing, watching good movies, listening to good music, and shelling pecans.
Trevella was preceded in death by former husband Michael Loyd, son Waylon Loyd, grandparents Alfred and Edna Blankenship, parents Charles Adams and Yvonne Whitworth, brother Danny Adams, and nephew Daniel Adams.
She will be missed and survived by her children William Loyd, of Kingston, OK, and Sherri Loyd (Chelsea Myers) of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren Alexandria Loyd, Kingston, OK, Jaxon Loyd, Tuttle, OK, and Blayze Loyd, Hannibal, MO; siblings Lynda Adams, Seymour, TX, Melinda Greebon, Austin, TX, Jimmy Greebon, Temple, TX, Telina (Mike) Dixon, Jarrell, TX, Charles Adams Jr, Seymour, TX, Tamanda Quintero (Paige Rogers), Keller, TX, as well as, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
