Coy L Davis
August 21, 1948 - October 20, 2020
On October 20, 2020 the sweet spirit of Coy Lee Davis was called home by our Lord and Savior. He was born on August 21, 1948 in Pickens, AR to the late Essie Mae Walker and the late Finley Davis II.

Coy accepted Christ at an early age, he was baptized in Grady, AR and joined Palestine Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. John Mitchell.

Coy received his education at Field’s High School located in Gould, AR. He was drafted into the United States Marines in 1968. He received an honorable discharge after being injured. He also worked for Bassett Wood Mill for many years and Dumas School District. He was self-employed as a mechanic for so many people for so many years and he enjoyed every minute of it.

Coy will be greatly missed by all who knew him. There was NEVER a dull with Coy, he always had high spirits, nothing ever got him down. Anybody that came in contact with him was sure to get a good laugh for the day.
