MARY UDELLA STONE SWEET, Mary Udella Stone (Age 88) of Kennewick, WA passed away peacefully on January 25, 2019. Mary was born on September 7, 1930 in Flagler, CO to Lyle and Avis Plumb. Mary was one of six siblings having three sisters and two brothers. Mary attended Flagler High School and later met and married her first husband, Glen Stone. They had three children, Michael Eugene, Timothy Dean and Eve Marie. Following Glen's death, Mary married Frank Sweet on December 26, 1969, and moved to Pasco, Washington where they lived for 46 years. Frank and Mary moved to Hawthorne Court Assisted Living January 1, 2016. She continued to live at Hawthorne Court after Frank's passing on January 15, 2016. Mary was a loving, caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was known for her quick wit and for readily giving you an A+ for a job well done. When Frank was alive they loved to travel in their motor home, gamble, and finding treasures at yard sales. She will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Glen Stone, Frank Sweet, and all but one sister. She is survived by three adult children and their spouses, 19 grand-children and great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at Columbia Memorial Chapel and Gardens, 224 24th Ave., Pasco, WA.
