Peggy Crocker Battles Belcher, 64 of Riverdale passed away October 26, 2020. She was born on January 7, 1956 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late Harold and Beatrice Crocker. Peggy was also preceded in death by her brother Greg Crocker. She was a nurse for many years at Georgia Baptist Hospital and served as a home health nurse. Peggy is survived by her children, Jason (Chanda) Battles of Stockbridge and Melanie (Jason) Price of McDonough, grandchildren, Chase Battles, Nathaniel Price, Alina Price, Kayla Battles and Hannah Price. She is also survived by a brother, Doug Crocker of Atlanta, and a sister-in-law Mary Ann Crocker of Fayetteville and nephews, Travis Ramsaur and Keith Crocker and a niece, Amanda Hurtt. The family will receive friends from 11:00am - 1:15pm on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough. Pastor Tom Bergman will officiate a graveside service for Mr. Belcher at 2:00pm, also on Friday, at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
