Michael J. McKee passed away on October 22, 2020 at the age of 47. Beloved husband of Kimberly E. McKee (nee Montvydas); loving father of Cade, Colin, Charlotte, Brennan and the late Katrina McKee; cherished son of Michael and the late Joan McKee; dear brother of Kelly Engelmann (Frank), Angela Coleman (Hugh), Danielle Sokalsky and the late Denise McKee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Michael was a dedicated family man. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, a North Catholic HS graduate, class of 1991. Mike met his wife, Kim at United Refrigeration, Inc. and then onto Philadelphia Gas Works for his remaining work years.

Mike's dedication to his family led him to be one of the greatest coaches for youth soccer, roller hockey and ice hockey. He was so passionate to teach the games he loved to the kids.

Michael loved to follow all Philly sports, especially his beloved Flyers. Mike had a love for cars, drives and fixing anything you need. Mike was an amazing shining soul who will be sorely missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to Michael's Life Celebration Thursday, October 29th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, October 30th, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. at John F. Givnish Funeral Home, 10975 Academy Rd., Phila., followed by his Funeral Mass, 10:00 a.m., at St. Cecilia Church, 535 Rhawn St., Phila. Interment Lawnview Cemetery.
