Mrs. Shelby Lynn Bell, age 23 passed away on Wednesday September 2, 2020 at Lackey Memorial Hospital in Forest, MS. A visitation will be held on Sunday September 6, 2020 at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS from 3:30PM until 5:00PM. A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday September 7, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Union Baptist Cemetery in Forest, MS. Brother Bill Pittman will officiate.

Shelby had lived in Forest, MS and Kemper County for the past two years after moving from Brandon, MS. She was a member of Country Woods Baptist Church in Byram, MS. Shelby was a 2015 graduate of Florence High School where she served on the dance team, choir and played basketball. After graduation she attended Hinds Community College in the barber school and then attended Meridian Community College studying surgical tech. She graduated with the highest honors and circle of excellence. She was to begin work as a surgical tech in the labor and delivery unit at UMMC this coming week. She loved animals, especially Millie, Zeus and Fancy. She loved to sing.

She is preceded in death by her cousin, Josh Hancock; step brother, John Claude Scarborough; paternal grandfather, Billy W. Morgan and paternal great grandmother, Estelle Womack.

She is survived by her husband, Matthew Bell of Forest, MS; mother, Connie Scarborough (John) of Brandon, MS; father, Randy Morgan (Karen) of Florence, MS; maternal grandparents, Mike and Sue Baldwin of Terry, MS; paternal grandmother, Mary W. Morgan of Brandon, MS; maternal step grandparents, John and Claudia Scarborough of Bolton, MS; paternal step grandmother, Peggy Lamb of Terry, MS; one sister, Kelsey Morgan of Florence, MS; step brother, Christopher Scarborough of Burlington, Iowa; step brother, Gabe Ingram of Florence, MS; step sister, Skylar Ingram of Florence, MS; step brother, Cordell Scarborough of Dover, Delaware and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
