Shirley Ann Gonser Ross, 82, of Georgetown, died Thursday, October 22, 2020. She was born on October 26, 1937, to Elizabeth Leigh and George Edwin Gonser, in Muskegon, Michigan.

Survivors include her children, Robert Michael Ross and his wife, Sheila, of Dallas; Roberta Michelle Heiner and her husband, Fred, of Beaumont; Roger Martin Ross and his wife, Sherrie, of Orangefield; and Raymond Elgin Ross and his partner, Sunshine Stover, of Georgetown and grandchildren, Tony Ross, David Ross, Andrew Heiner, Cory Heiner, Christine LeBlanc, Thomas Ross, Alecia Ross, Lauren Ross, Rachel McGee, Talon Zaro, Brendon Zaro.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank M. Ross, Jr.; son, Douglas Ross; and siblings, Marie Beegle, John Trier, and Raymond Gonser.

A family burial of her cremated body will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio. Her cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
