Christine Crandall Peterson passed away peacefully at the age of 59 at her home in Morgan, Utah on the morning of October 19, 2020.

Christine was born on December 19, 1960 in Coalville, Utah. Her parents were George and LuAnn Crandall and stepmother Gloria. She was the youngest of her two siblings Robert and Kathryn. She married the love her life of Stan Peterson on September 19, 1981.

Christine was known by many for her generous spirit and love for life. While raising her sons and playing with her grandchildren was her greatest joy, she was also known for her unique crafting, quilting, and gardening. Never one to shy away from a big project, her family always looked forward to her amazing holiday decorations and fun gatherings. She was known for bringing life to any party. (Those closest to her will also remember there may have been a self-recorded karaoke session or two as well.)

Finally, Christine made it point to let everyone in her life know how much she loved and adored her husband Stan. Through thick and thin, the two spent their life together raising their family and making lasting memories. While she had struggled with health problems for quite some time, her family hopes she will be remembered for the amount of love she brought to the world along with her infectious smile.

Christine is survived by her husband Stan Peterson; sons Shaun (Kate) and Nick; two granddaughters Quinn and Sloane; siblings Robert Crandall (Susan) and Kathryn Rockhill (Troy); and stepmother Gloria Crandall. She is preceded in death by her parents George and LuAnn Crandall.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to her closest friends, family, community members, and healthcare providers who’ve been by her side throughout the last several years.

For those who would like to pay their respects to the Peterson family, a viewing will be held in Morgan, Utah at Walker Mortuary on Thursday, October 22 from 6–8 p.m. A graveside service will be held for closer family and friends at the Milton Pioneer Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 23.
