Charles Bernard Jones, of Everton, MO, departed this life near his beloved farm on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the age of 91 years.
He was born on November 4, 1921 in Wahoo, NE to Willard Jackson and Ada Florence (Mallory) Jones. Bernard served his country in the United States Navy and the United States Coast Guard. He was united in marriage to Betty Lou Jones on May 4, 1947 in Greenfield, MO. Bernard was a lifetime farmer, and a member of the Antioch Christian Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Lou Jones; two sons, Stanley Jones and Richard Jones and his wife Maggie; three daughters, Wanda K. Rout and her husband Dewayne, Patricia Daniel and her husband Chuck, and Linda Frost and her husband Jack; one brother-in-law, Don Grisham; two sisters-in-law, Peggy Jones and Joan Steeley; eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Burial in Antioch Cemetery.
