Iva M. Cole Iva M. Cole, 87, Indianapolis, died Saturday. Jan. 13. at St. Francis Hospital, Indianapolis. She was a coder for Western Union Telephone and Telegraph for 30 years, retiring in 1972. She was a member of the Garfield Christian Church. She was born In Kurtz. She was married to Carlton B. Cole, and he preceded her In death. Survivors include one daughter, Mona Kephart; one sister, Harriett Coleman; one grandchild, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at noon Tuesday, Jan. 16, at N.F. Chance Funeral Home in Indianapolis. Burial was In the Kurtz Cemetery.
