Terry D. Wilson, 54, died on Wednesday, February 8, 2019 near Mannford, Oklahoma due to an accidental drowning.

Terry was born October 20, 1964 in Maryville, Missouri. He was a graduate of Sapulpa High School in 1983 and was a resident of Sapulpa, Oklahoma most of his life. He worked as an industrial electrician for I.C.O. in Tulsa, Oklahoma for twenty plus years.

For those who knew Terry, his kind heart and generosity towards those in need of help was endless. He went out of his way to support those in need whether they be close friends or just an acquaintance.

Terry's past time was spent as an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved being at the lake or in the woods. He also had a deep respect and passion for all animals. His family will always remember times where he would bring home stray dogs, cats, amphibians, reptiles, birds and at one time an injured roadrunner.

Terry's carefree spirit created a zest for life which allowed him to live fearlessly and always ready for the next adventure. If you wanted to try something new, you didn't have to ask Terry twice he'd join in without a doubt.

Terry is survived by his parents, Dale and Joan Wilson of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; his brother, Jeff Wilson and wife, Stephanie Toft Wilson of Bennet, Colorado; his sisters, Brenda Lortz of St. Joseph, Missouri; and Candice Swim and her husband, Jake Swim of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his two nephews, Porter Wilson and wife, Maria Alcolea Wilson of Bennett, Colorado; Jack Swim of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his girlfriend, Tempa Ritterhouse of Terlton, Oklahoma.

Terry is preceded by his niece, Brandi Faye Wilson of Bennett, Colorado.
