Bertha Emaline Ward, 83, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away on April 12, 2018 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born October 24, 1934 in Worthington, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Hiram Henry Barnes and Minnie Gordina (Doeden) Barnes. Bertha was a homemaker and loved her family dearly. Survivors include 4 children, Kenneth Ward, Terrie Lovell, Douglas Ward, and Diane Zettl; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, USAF retired William B. Ward; daughter, Jodie L. Pierce; and her parents. Memorial services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Liberty Christian Center, 1121 S. Post Road, Midwest City, Oklahoma. Inurnment was Saturday, April 28, 2018 in Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, Oklahoma.
