He was preceded in death by his son, “Chuck” Parsons and his parents, John and Geneva Derr Parsons.
Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Nancy Tackett Parsons; daughters, Laurie (Jeff) Zinser, Kathy (Billy) Buckman, Sherry (Bill) McCroskey, and Peggy Niehoff; brother, Rich (Janice) Parsons; grandchildren, Adam Parsons, Drew Parsons, Jake Zinser, Jarrod Zinser, Jordan Zinser, Amy Buckman, Lindsay Buckman, Carly Buckman, April McCroskey, Matthew McCroskey, Chris Niehoff, and Beth Niehoff; daughter-in-law, Julie Parsons; and a host of relatives and friends.
