Not positive she is buried here, but seems likely she would have been buried with her husband.

Frances was married in 1829 in Cabell County and was listed there in the 1840, 1850, 1860 and 1870 census records. She was living in Wayne County with her daughter Telitha in 1880.

Info concerning her father, Reuben Thacker.
I do not believe he was born in 1763 as engraved on his marker. Based on census records, a more likely year of birth is 1774. Also he died Feb. 21, 1870, not in 1871 as engraved on his marker. Reuben is not in the 1870 census, which he would have been had he died in 1871. It seems the marker was placed years after he died. The style of his monument does not look like monuments from the 1870s.

Census records
1810 Giles County, Va., Reuben Thacker, 26-44, making birth 1766-74
1820 Cabell County, Va., Reuben Thacker, 45+, making birth 1771-75
(using the 1830 & 1840 age groups, 1820 would be 40-49, and 1820 45+, narrows gap to 1771-75)
1830 Cabell County, Va., Reuben Thacker, 50-59,making birth 1771-80
1840 Cabell County, Va., Reuben Thacker, 60-69, making birth 1771-80
1850 Lawrence County, Oh., Reuben Thacker, 72, making birth 1778
1860 Lawrence County, Oh., Reuben Thacker, 86, making birth 1774
1870 died before census

I also doubt that this Reuben is the same Reuben Thacker who married Jane Ward in 1786 in Louisa, Virginia, given that his date of birth was more likely 1774 which would make him only 12 in 1786.
