Billy Franklin Norris age 80 of Brilliant, AL passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 in the Diversicare Nursing Home in Winfield, AL.
Born August 18, 1940 in Guin, AL he is the Son of the late Emerson and Annie Dickinson Norris and the Husband of the late Virginia Beasley Norris. He had lived in Brilliant and Guin most of his life, and had retired from the 3 M Company. He was a Veteran of the Viet Nam War having served in the US Army and was a member of the Liberty Free Will Baptist Church.
He is survived by 4 Brothers, James Norris, Guin, AL Troy Norris of Jasper, AL, Cecil Norris of Hamilton, AL and William Norris of Guin, AL and Several Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Virginia Beasley Norris and a Daughter, Tonya Dawn Norris, A Sister, Velma Johnson, and 4 Brothers, R.C. Norris, Emmit Norris, Larry Dean Norris and Ruben Norris.
Services held Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 3:00 PM from the Liberty Free Will Baptist Church with Burial in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Greg Rucker officiating.
