Glenn was born in Neptune on October 6, 1950 and was a lifelong resident. After graduating from Neptune High School, he enlisted in the Air Force and served in Vietnam. He was a self-employed carpenter until illness forced him to retire in 2006. He was an enthusiastic NASCAR fan, with the late Dale Earnhardt having been his favorite driver. Glenn was also an active and dedicated member of AA for 23 years.
Glenn was predeceased by his father, Harold Pearson, in 1990. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Linda Pearson, his mother, Carol Carayianis, of Florida, his daughter and son-in-law, Heather and David Stout, and his granddaughters, Jane and Tatum Stout, all of Wall. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, and his many friends from AA. Glenn was also predeceased recently by his beloved cat, Skipper.
Glenn was cremated privately and there will be no visitation. A funeral service with military honors will take place at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown, on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at 2:30 PM. Condolences may be sent via www.obrienfuneralhome.com.
